I started writing smut in April 2012. I came across a call for submissions for a short-story anthology edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel, decided to have a go at it, and was fortunate enough to have my very first attempt at an erotic story accepted for publication. Emboldened by this success, I began submitting other stories to Cleis, Mischief and Xcite. Several of these stories have by now been published; many more will follow over the next few months. I'll post links to the books in question when they are released.
Although I intend to continue submitting stories to traditional publishers, I've recently decided to try my hand at self-publishing, as well. Over the next few months, I hope to upload several short stories and novelettes. A bit further down the track, there will also be a full-length Victorian BDSM novel, which is shaping up nicely. Here's hoping I can keep the momentum going...

Is Medea Mor your real name?
No, it's not. I'm not going to tell you my real name, so don't bother asking. :-)
Where do you live?
I'm so in between places, nationalities and languages that frankly, I'm
no longer sure where I belong. Which is not to say that I'm feeling
lost. Quite the contrary, I'm in a good place, and I think it's only
going to get better. And that's about as specific as I'm going to get here. :-)
Do you live the life you write about?
Nearly all my stories contain autobiographical elements. Sometimes these
autobiographical elements are of a sexual nature; at other times they are related to other aspects of the story. I'm amazed at the kind of autobiographical details that find their way into my stories.
Are you in a relationship?
Yep. My partner is quite amused by the fact that I'm writing smut, and frequently suggests ridiculous, completely over-the-top ideas for new stories.
What do you do when you're not writing?
I'm a keen photographer, an avid reader and a travel addict. I love watching arthouse films and learning languages. I spend a ridiculous amount of time on the Internet.
